Environmental Policy
We carry out our responsibilities towards the environment without ignoring nature and work for a sustainable future. While providing service at our hotel, we do not neglect the protection of nature. Our main purpose is to implement the environmental policy we have adopted to protect the environment, respect the rights of other living beings as much as ourselves, and safeguard their right to life, within the framework of current laws and practices, and most importantly, with the support of you, our guests. The points stated below, to protect and enhance the right to life of living beings other than ourselves, will be continuously updated according to the requirements and needs of today, but the goal will never be deviated from. Our Environmental Policy Commitments • Being aware of our responsibilities to the environment and society, believing in continuous improvement, and operating with a sustainable environmental approach, and ensuring its continuity. • Controlling factors that may cause environmental pollution, minimizing the pollution and damage we may cause to the environment. • Fulfilling our legal obligations, complying with environmental legislation and administrative regulations. • Working to reduce, reuse, or recycle polluting waste at its source to prevent environmental pollution. • Using energy and natural resources at optimal levels and implementing activities to prevent unnecessary use of resources. • Regularly monitoring our water and electricity consumption to make our natural resources sustainable and taking protective measures to prevent excessive use. • Continuing to provide training to our personnel on the necessary and adequate use of chemicals to prevent excessive chemical consumption. • Knowing that using hazardous substances and chemicals only when necessary and in sufficient amounts will both reduce negative effects on the environment and reduce waste. • Preferring materials labeled as “recyclable” and “environmentally friendly” in the supplies we procure in our facility, contributing to the protection of nature. We try to create opportunities for reuse. • Using single-use materials such as paper, napkins, toilet paper, and packaging only as needed to leave less waste for nature. • Storing waste correctly in designated areas according to its type, delivering it to licensed/authorized companies without exceeding legal storage periods, and keeping records. • Striving to use water, energy, and all natural resources efficiently, and sharing this sensitivity with our employees, guests, and suppliers. • Measuring our performance in environmental management, monitoring it against targets, and working to improve our performance.
